Life coaching is about change. It’s about moving out of your comfort zone and going for what you want instead of what you think you can have. It’s about making the most of the present and dreaming up the future.

What can you expect from coaching with me? Increased satisfaction in the fundamental areas of life: family and friends, career, health, money, personal growth, fun and recreation, physical environment, and romantic relationships. You will make more conscious choices and take more resonant action.
Life coaching will:
-
Help you determine your purpose. What does your life look like when you are focused on fulfillment while staying aligned with your values?
-
Uncover where you are stuck. Could you benefit from looking at a situation from another perspective?
-
Process your feelings. What do you need to release to invite growth and new possibilities?

I do not coach for a problem to be solved.
I coach for a life to be lived.
How do I know that coaching works? Because I am also a client. In 2019, after being a media coach for a decade, I came to a crossroad in my life. Four longtime friends had passed away – losses I grieved for months. What followed in their wake was a keen sense that life really is short. I had a wide open path ahead of me. How could I honor my friends and not take my time here for granted? I had no idea.
So I hired a coach.
“Tracey is like Marie Kondo for your psyche.”
As she and I talked about what was possible for my life, I became intrigued by the tools she had at her disposal. She asked powerful questions that left me speechless. She challenged me. She championed me. My coach helped me see that the answers were already within me.
The experience was profound. My life changed dramatically for the better in the time we worked together. Every goal I had when I started, I achieved.
“Tracey was present with me as a whole person, not just a client.”
Our time together connected me to my purpose. I realized that I wanted to expand my coaching beyond helping people talk to the press. I embarked on the rigorous training and credentialing process to become a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Co-Active Training Institute and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation.
Four years, 650+ training and life coaching hours, and an oral and written exam later, I now support people through significant events and transitions. The training also influenced my media coaching practice, enabling me to be more curious and less directive with clients, which has transformed their ability to communicate.
